    Qualifications

    Are an enrolled student in the technical/scientific field, preferably at DTU, as you must handle chemicals in a safe manner and have experience or insight into the safety requirements of university laboratories.

    Responsibilities

    • Restocking wares like gloves, aprons, paper, hair-net/beard-net, wafer boxes, chip trays and single wafer shipper
    • Restocking of chemicals
    • Removal of cleanroom suits, as well as receiving newly washed ones
    • Handling chemical-waste
    • Washing (dishwasher) items for re-use
    • Ad hoc

    Due to Covid-19 there are extra tasks consisting of:

    • Stock up and restocking of facemask
    • Making sure there are hand-sanitizer bottles are in right place
    • Sanitize common areas (handles, railings, coffee maker, etc.)

    About DTU Nanolab

    DTU Nanolab is a common infrastructure and research facility located at and fully owned by the Technical University of Denmark, DTU. The core facilities consist of a large cleanroom and a state-of-the-art electron microscopy center inaugurated in 2007. The research activities carried out at DTU Nanolab span from nano- and microfabrication with Silicon-based materials, carbon and polymers to the highly sophisticated analysis of nanoscale materials in hard and soft matter. Since 2018, DTU Nanolab is extended to provide expertise in soft matter from small molecule complexes to biological cells.

    Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the OAO-collective agreement made between the Danish Ministry of Finance and HK/Stat (The National Union of Commercial and Clerical Employees).
