As a student assistant, you will help in solving administrative tasks and coordinating activities, including arrange project meetings, monitor the project progress, maintain project documentations such as MoMs, reports, presentations, and publications. You need to be good at communication and willing to work with the research team. You will also be responsible for updating project homepage.
The tasks range widely, and you should be ready to give a hand in the more practical and complex tasks independently.
- Administrative tasks, i.e. booking meetings and doing minutes
- Monitoring and recording the project status
- Contact to internal and external partners and stakeholder
- Smaller web editing tasks
- Miscellaneous practical tasks

About the project/department
The Automation and Control group performs research and teaching in automation technology, control theory and robotics at DTU. The group has core competences in feedback and Control, Signal processing and integration as well as Systems Engineering with applications in a broad range of fields. The Department of Electrical Engineering is the central department at the Technical University of Denmark within electrical and acoustical engineering.
